Beschrijving
Hyssop kan worden gebruikt ter ondersteuning bij vastzittende hoest. Het werkt ontstekingsremmend op de luchtwegen en vermindert irritatie van de slijmvliezen.
Het werkt ontspannend bij klachten in het borstgebied. Daarnaast verheldert het de geest en bevordert het de concentratie.
Gebruik
Oraal: 2 x per dag 1 à 2 druppels.
Te nemen verdund in een lepel honing of in een kruideninfusie.
Huid: massage, bad: 5 à 10 druppels per 10 ml plantaardige olie.
Verstuiven: 5 à 10 druppels in functie van uw smaak of van de grootte van de kamer.

Tijm EO - 1 dr
Ravintsara EO - 1 dr
Op 10 ml (1 eetlepel) plantaardige olie naar keuze.
Opgelet: Bevat van nature d-limoneen, linalool, eugenol, geraniol.
